Terms of Service
Welcome to Corte.
These terms set out the rules for using our website and buying our products. By shopping with us at www.cortepadel.com, you agree to these terms. If there’s anything you’re unsure about, drop us a message at hello@cortepadel.com and we’ll help.
1. Who we are
We’re Corte Padel, a UK-based company. You can contact us at hello@cortepadel.com for any questions or issues. We aim to reply quickly and clearly.
2. Buying from us
When you place an order, you’ll get an email confirming we’ve received it. The order becomes official when we send you a confirmation. If for any reason we can’t fulfil your order (e.g. the item is out of stock), we’ll let you know and refund you right away.
3. Product info
We do our best to show accurate images and colours, but screens vary – so colours may look slightly different in person. Sizes and details are listed with care, but because some items are handmade, slight variation can happen.
4. Using the site
By using our website, you agree to follow our privacy and cookie policies. These cover how we use your data and are worth a read if you’re curious.
5. Age limits
To buy from us, you need to be at least 18 years old.
6. Payment
We accept all major debit and credit cards, plus Klarna, LayBuy, PayPal and other secure payment options shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.
7. Prices and taxes
Prices include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. If you’re shopping from outside the UK, your local duties and taxes may apply – check with your customs office before ordering.
8. Returns and refunds
You have up to 14 days from delivery to return any unworn item. Please read our Returns & Exchanges page for how it works. If something arrives damaged or not quite right, contact us and we’ll make it right.
9. Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders fast and keep you updated every step of the way. You’ll get a tracking link once your order ships. Visit our Delivery page for full details including international delivery info.
10. Cancelling your order
If you need to cancel your order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing it. After that, we may already be packing it up and can’t guarantee cancellation.
11. Intellectual property
Everything you see on this site – logos, images, copy – belongs to Corte or our partners. Please don’t use it without permission.
12. Problems or complaints
We want your Corte experience to be seamless. If you run into an issue or need help, email us at hello@cortepadel.com and we’ll do everything we can to resolve it.
13. Legal stuff
This website and any purchases made are governed by English law. If there’s ever a dispute, the courts of England and Wales will handle it.
